Where did you get your name from?

My username actually has a background story, somewhat. A friend and I were trying to create our own DragonBall character back in the day that we were going to call Lee DragonHardt. I ended up creating an AIM account, DragonHardt1, and after meeting another DragonBall nut he thought a really cool name would be Namek'jin Ryu, which I ended up using on another forum because it stands for "the Namekian Dragon god". (Namekian Dragon is the dragon's name on Planet Namek in DragonBall Z for those that don't know.) So then when my brother and I created our own forum I chose to keep the Ryu part of Namek'jin Ryu and added Hardt. Therefore Ryu Hardt or in japanese "Dragon Hardt" was born.

Others have thought I got the name from Ryu Hayabusa of the Ninja Gaiden series, but unfortunately I didn't even know of the franchise until a few years ago.

I've been a part of a forum, in one sense or another, ever since 2004. I would've been 16 when I joined my first forum. Here's the names of the forums and the usernames I have used.

DragonBallToys - Namekian Dragon (No longer around.)
MyFavoriteGames - Superior (No longer around.)
Daizex - Namek'jin Ryu
Generation Z - Ryu Hardt

So other then my own forum, this is the first place I've used Ryu Hardt.

Your site isn't full of people born in the late 1980's telling people who born in 1990 like me that we aren't 90 kids is it? I'm just curious since i see it a lot on youtube and i rather avoid that.

As for my favorite DragonBall character, it's a tie between Bardock (ala my Super Saiyan 4 Bardock avatar) and Piccolo.

Thankfully no. We tend to frown upon that as we believe anyone that grew up in the 90's, even if you were born in the 80's, is a 90's kid at heart.

You'll probably call me Garfield, but lasagna is my favorite. My Mom used to always make it for my birthday when I was younger. Nowadays I just go out to eat with her as it's simpler for the both of us and our hectic lives.

It's a tie between him and Piccolo. Bardock's recent special put their tie atop my favorites at jeopardy, but Piccolo being connected to Shenron helped keep them tied.

Hmm... that's a tough question as I don't think anyone's ever asked me that before, but after giving it some thought the first person to jump to mind was Garlic Junior, even if I didn't mind his saga.

I haven't been much of a gamer these past few years, but I guess if I had to pick one it'd be Halo. I used to play it with friends, but I always thought it was stupid. I'm more of a Call of Duty guy.
