So, just something I was a bit curious about. How many of you work out? What sort of things do you do when you work out and how often do you work out?
Personally, I work out three times a week for about an hour, if not more. I've only recently started doing this and at first it was tough, but has gotten easier as time has gone on. I primarily do cardio work outs, but will do some weight lifting as well. All in all, I can already tell that working out has been a good decision on my part. What about the rest of you, what are your work out habits?
