This is the only gen 1 fully evolved starter that has pure typing.

Yeah since Venusaur is Grass/Poison and Charizard is Fire/Flying

Yeah instead of spraying it out of his mouth like other water types.

Squirtle, Marill, Dewott, Seadra, and more use water gun out of there mouth. They don't have water cannons like Blastiose.

I always liked the look of Blastiose, more so than his pre-evolve self, Squirtle. He's one of the Pokémon that helped me defeat the Elite Four.
