So, I got wind of the fact that pokemons got personalities. And I want to ask, does it affect their attacks and moves much?

I'm not sure what you mean by pokemon personalities but pokemon natures affect stats. Like an adamant nature increases attack by 10% and reduces special attack by 10 % percent.

I mean,does a happy pokemon get better stats and stuff? And get better abilities? XD And does a sad and snippy pokemon get lower stats? Or its all down to the training they receive?

There personalities are not shown in the games, but they are shown in the anime.
